Roman Blind Workshop

Dates – 2018

Saturday 10th November

Saturday 16th February

 10.00 – 4.00pm

Traditional Roman blinds are a simple, elegant but sophisticated window treatment. They can be used alone or in conjunction with other window treatments, such as valances and/or curtains.   Roman blinds are operated by pull cords to create folds when pulled up but lay flat against the window frame when down.
Join us on this workshop and learn to make your own Roman blinds with no visible stitching on the right side. We will show you how to work out the measurements, about suitable fabrics, how to construct and sew your blind and how they work.

All materials are included for the making of a sample Roman Blind on this workshop.
